Responsibilities: Takes a leadership position to drive the entire business in the Region - markets, customers,products, sales and profits. To articulate a strategic vision for the Region. Deliver value vs. the competition and for the long term success of our customers. Routinely visit the factories, often with customers,and align resources to meet the plans. Train and develop sales staff, coordinate with channel partners, and define the applications engineering support necessary to meet customer needs. Develops sales strategy to achieve sales/orders budget objectives; expands M/A-COM's share of targeted markets and accounts; implements tactics consistent with objectives. Develops and recommends appropriate sales quotas and sales account mix for Field Sales Engineers, Industrial Distributors, and Independent Representatives within the region, based onknowledge of customer requirements and purchasing patterns rovides sales management, division and marketing staff with country-based support to enhance sales and marketing effectiveness and improve company performance. Qualifications: Requires a B.S. Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline and a minimum ten years of technical sales experience. |
