Job Description: 1、Account management to reach business goals; 2、Maintain relationship with customer for long term partnership; 3、Understand the technical requirements, and capable of building solutions ; 4、Ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer in a timely manner; 5、Internal communication with engineering, and operation team to conduct the business in the account; 6、Enable to build a sales team to support China accounts as needed; 7、Need to be located in Shenzhen or Shanghai and can speak good English; Qualifications: 1、Bachelor or MS in EE/CS major; 2、Familiar with ASIC business; 3、Any specialty and experience in ASIC methodology and flow will be highly desirable; 4、Ability to contribute in a lead technical or advisory role to key R&D programs in improving or differentiating ASIC flow in power, performance area or cost; 5、Experience with Tapeout to full product production and rollout including proto bring-up and debug/validation process, characterization, qualification and supply chain management is high desirable; 6、At least 10 years semiconductor technical experience required; 7、Teamwork, dedication, strong communications and interpersonal skills; 8、Back-End design experience is desired; 9、Fluent oral and written English is plus; 10、 Aggressive, nimble and get alone well with people. |
