The primary focus of this role is to develop businesses at new customer accounts in China. This includes: 2.Penetrating to key solar energy customers. 3.Developing business at these accounts. 4.Establishing as a major supplier of the advanced energy harvesting solution and power management solution at these accounts. 5.Creating sales funnel that will generate significant revenue from these new customer accounts in coming years. 6.Contributing to the sustained revenue growth in China region. Qualifications 1.All candidates must have a Bachelor degree in E/E, advanced degree preferred. 2.Fluent English is a must. 3.At least 5 years’ experience in business development and key account management. 4.Experience driving customer adoption of proprietary and sole-source technologies is directly relevant. 5.Solar and Power management design and application experience is highly desirable. 6.Proven ability to think strategically, develop business from scratch, prioritize among competing objectives and manage large accounts successfully. 7.Successful track record of developing business with new technology and customers. 8.Able to demonstrate the ability with the revenue and other measurable strategic goals. ![]() |
