Manager, Global Manufacturing Engineering at Global Operations Office, Shenzhen As GOO Manager, your role is to manage global product engineering at all our manufacturing sites in China, India and Brazil. You will be in charge of product change management from S1 to S5, ECO and MCO management, as well as monthly product engineering reporting. Your tasks also include supporting concurrent engineering process. You will be a member of our Product Steering Team participating in all project milestone reviews and approving S2 and S3 milestones. Reviewing project sourcing, production andquality check lists will also be among your responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing global ramp down processes with the aim of minimizing ramp down costs. You will be working in close cooperation with our Customer Project Managers, Customer Service and Material Management Team. Another cooperation partner will be Prototype Center Manager with whom you will be managing budget, investments, equipment, capacity, resources and overtime control at Prototype Center. You will also review proto-lines sample production plans and delivery accuracy (sample production for new projects before S1, new component approval, and new tool approval). You need at least 3-6 years of working experience in global environment and suitable education. We value experience from electronics industry and fluent knowledge of English language.
