quartus ii 9.0中下載程序到cpld出現的問題

選擇Tools/Pramgrammer進入器件配置對話框后選擇Hardware setup,  currently selected hardware: ByteBlaster II[LPTI]    然后單擊Add Hardware 出現的對話框顯示的信息是:
Hardware tye :EthernetBlaster
port顯示的是灰色不能設置,Baud rate 也不能設置,點擊開始下載start后出現錯誤
can't access JTAG chain
operation failed,
請問各位大俠這是不是下載線或并口的問題,JTAG下載電路的接線時按書上的標準電路接的
