Descriptions The is a 65V synchronous step-downDC/DC controller for high current single or dual outputs.The device features an interleaved, stackable peakcurrent mode control architecture for simple loopcompensation, fast transient response, excellent loadand line regulation, and precise current sharing throughparallel phasing for high output currents. 65ns ofultra-short on-time for the high-side switch facilitateslarge buck ratios and supports direct buck conversionfrom 12V, 24V, or 48V automotive inputs to lowervoltage rails, reducing system complexity and solutioncost. The can continue to operate at nearly100% duty cycle as needed even when the inputvoltage drops abruptly to 3.5V. Ultra-high efficiency isachieved by Using an inductor DCR to detect the current, and ashunt resistor can be used to detect it with highaccuracy. 15uA no-load quiescent current andregulated output voltage extends the operating runtimeof battery-powered systems. The can bepowered by the output of a switching regulator or otheravailable power sources.
