Description The ZC811is a low-power microprocessor (μP) supervisory circuit used to monitor power suppliesin microprocessor and digital systems. Low supply current makes the ZC811ideal for use in portable equipment. The device comes in a 4-pin SOT-143 package. The ZC811provides excellent circuit reliability and low BOM cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with 5V-powered or 3V-powered circuits. The ZC811also provides a debounced manual reset input. The function of this device is to assert a reset if either the power supply drops below a designed reset threshold level or MR is forced low. Thereset comparator is designed to ignore fast transients on VCC. Reset thresholds are available for operation with a variety of supply voltages. Features • Precision voltage monitor for 3V, 3.3V or 5V power supplies 1V •140ms minimum reset pulse widt • Reset remains valid with VCC as low as havailable •3μA typical supply current • Available in 4-pin SOT-143 package Applications l •Computer l •Controller l• Intelligent Instruments l• Critical uP and uC Power Monitoring l• Portable/Battery-Powered Equipment
