We are exclusively assigned to seek a highly motivated candidate (based in Shanghai) for the position of:

Tester Engineer (Non Automotive)  Scope of Work: 要點(diǎn)： 懂PLC或LabView，會(huì)搭用于產(chǎn)品測(cè)試的終端設(shè)備，英文要求一般，             兩年以上經(jīng)驗(yàn)；  英文要求，不用擔(dān)心：主要還是工作經(jīng)歷，英文要求不高，但最起碼會(huì)英文自我介紹，和對(duì)四級(jí)左右的小短文能閱讀和翻譯； 有些技術(shù)文案是英文的要能看懂，英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)能日常用語(yǔ)基本交流即可。   中英文簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)我撒catherine.xie@eunacon-hr.cn    Minimum Requirements: - Fundamental technical knowledge based on at least a bachelor university degree - Has min. 3 years work experience in the measurement and test engineering field  - Able to program PLC - Knowledge about LabView - Able to design gauges and fixtures capable for mass production process - Able to read and fully understand technical drawings and specifications - Have the ability to communicate with others - Proficient in English (spoken and written) (ability to understand technical documents written in English and ability to discuss written or oral about technical problems in English) - Ability to motivate and lead staff; Good sense of team- work - Ability to work on Windows XP based Computers and the MS-Office Package - Good knowledge about Industrial Communication Networks (e.g. ProfiBus, CAN-Bus, Ethernet, RS232, etc.) - Good knowledge about Electrical and Electronic Circuit Diagrams - Good knowledge about Measurement and Test Engineering - Fundamental knowledge about programming in a higher programming language (e.g. C/C++, Basic, Java, etc.) - Fundamental knowledge about Motion Control Systems - Fundamental knowledge about Electrical Drives - Fundamental knowledge about Power Electronics - Good sense of structure working - Very good capability of mistake / failure finding and problem solving  Position Responsibilities: - Responsible for the specification, development, design and build of current and new End of Line Tester (EOL-tester) suitable to our products in the SSC and Automotive area acc. to company standard - Responsible for the improvement and debugging of our current End of line testers acc. to company standard - Having the project lead for new testers and improvement for current testers - Coordinate, plan and control project team member work - Responsible for Lab tester for QA - Responsible for Maintenance plan for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment - Support production for trouble shouting for equipment - Coordinate and define spare parts for EOL tester and automatic assembly equipment (electric) - Search and define suitable components for our EOL testers - Work together with our EOL teams in Germany, to find and create the right global standards for EOL equipment. - Creating all needed documentation for our EOL test equipment. - Training of new and current team members - Cost saving activities on current EOL testers and Automatic assembly equipment
