Job Description: As Sales Manager/Director you will have clearbusiness development and sales responsibilities for WiFi solutions: • Create, develop and follow up sales pipeline • Progress and achieve the business sales target inregion • Develop and support new and existing relationshipswithin ODM/OEM/Service Providers • Create and develop new leads in region • Sales achievements and forecasting reporting Job Requirement: Background: • At least 6 years’ sales experience in thisnetworking industry and China territory • Proven record of being excellent at sales record • Strong relationships with Service Providers is abig plus • Experience engaging and working with businesspartners • Understanding WiFi and networking landscapes andtrends • Independent and technically-capable of performingproduct demonstrations and managing customer meetings with or without Pre-SalesEngineers • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present andinfluence credibly at all levels of the Customer organization, includingexecutive and C-level • Excellent verbal and written communications skillsin English and Chinese • Willingness to travel extensively Personal Characteristics: • Independent – willing to take challenging andpressures • Communication – the ability to clearly expressideas, listen, adjust terminology to suit the needs of the audience • Initiative – the ability to perform duties beforebeing told to do so • Teamwork – the ability to work effectively withinthe Company team structure across countries Education Requirements: • Required: Bachelor's degree, • Preferred: Computer Science and/or ElectricalEngineering 福利:五險一金 帶薪年假 股票期權(quán) 員工旅游 補充醫(yī)療保險
