JOBDESCRIPTION:

1、Micro-architecturedefinition/writing IC design spec；

2、RTL coding forlogic modules；

3、Simulation/Verificationof functionalities at both module level and top level；

4、Do module levelsynthesis / timing analysis；

5、Writingcomplete design/verification reports；

6、Silicon debugof the related module functionalities；

7、Writing testpatterns for production tests.

QUALIFICATION:

1、odule-architecturedefinition/writing IC design spec；

2、MSEE with 5~6year experience of digital design experience;

3、Relevantexperience in high-speed and low power digital design is must;

4、Solid knowledgeof digital design building blocks (eg. Data-path, Synchronizer, FIFO...);

5、Strong skillsof Verilog RTL coding and verification and debug;

6、Hands onexperience in EDA tools such as Cadence NC-Sim, Synopsys DC, PT, etc;

7、Relevantexperience in DDR interface、flash design is a plus;

8、Self-motivatedand team player.
