【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Operations Manager】聯系人：Grace-Tai，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Key Role Accountabilities： 1、Defines IC testing operations manufacturing strategies, coaching and mentoring manufacturing employees to drive business results； 2、Assign resources efficiently and effectively towards fulfilling IC final test or Probing test build plan； 3、Capable of designing & establishing Final test and Probing operation tracking reports (daily / weekly / monthly etc.). Co-work with IT team to realize e-reports； 4、Budgeting, capital planning and new Test capacity installation； 5、Coordinate with Planning, test engineering, equipment, and other manufacturing support function to execute manufacturing plan； 6、Establish Test operation goals and KPIs to drive production continuous improvement； 7、Provide leadership role to address major delivery or shipment issues； 8、Ensure conformance to processes and controls； 9、Ensure positive and effective communication internally & with external functions； 10、Execution of key project on time identify and nurture key talents； 11、Manage & analyze to direct material and indirect material usage, drive production cost efficiency； 12、Other duties as assigned. Necessary Knowledge and Experience: 1、B.S. degree and above with minimum 10 years working experience in semiconductor industry, minimum 5 years operation management experience on IC assembly or testing production； 2、Familiar with foundry/testing/packaging operations, planning and decision making processes； 3、Ability of working and making decision independently； 4、Good interpersonal skills to work in a team environment； 5、Good communications and presentation skills； 6、Good Mandarin / English skills both in spoken and written. |
