Job descriptions: -Reporting to VP Sales, APAC; -Territory coverage: East and Central China, -Major responsibilities: Regional business plans and revenue growth strategies, covering the accounts business from both of Tier 2 and Tier 3 as well as channel marketing; -Working closely with FAEs to identify new design opportunities; -Map out design win strategies and plan actions for BU, sales and FAEs collectively to take to penetrate the account; -Identify customer decision makers/influencers and develop good relationship with them in each of the assigned customer site; -Advise BU in details on the relative business size and importance of various opportunities at various sites; -Complete ownership of the account. Responsible for customer relationships with the ability to understand customer needs & product requirements. Critical qualifications and requirements: -5+ sales experience, working experiences as MNC account manager preferred; -Bachelor degree with a major in Electrical Engineering or related; -FAE/Engineering working experiences preferred; -Strategic thinking; -Business acumen; -Team working spirit; -Be aggressive and self-motivated; -Excellent communications and coordination skill; -Good communication skills in English, verbal and writing; -Hard working and frequent traveller. |
