【獵頭職位：上海需要 Principle Device Engineer】聯系人：Lincy-Cao郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Duties： ·Facilitate product design work in foundry process(LG, MS and BCDprocess). ·Have a strong device/process background for 90nm~0.18um logicprocess, mixed-signal, embedded FLASH memory, and BCD process. ·Tasks would include answering device and process related questions, interpreting DRC and LVS results, helpingwith tapeout and mask ordering, doing jobview mask inspections, and alsoparticipate the process/device development projects. ·Would be expected to establish relationships with his technicalpeers at foundries and discuss important technical issues with them on analmost daily basis. Requirements： ·Senior level engineer (minimum 8 years experience with BSEE orminimum 5 years experience with MSEE or PhD) ·Excellent device knowledge (LV CMOS, BJT, BCD, embedded FLASHmemory, OTP/MTP, latchup, ESD, device reliability) ·Excellent to very good knowledge of PDK systems (design rule,verification software, mask ordering, device pcells, circuit modeling,parasitic parameter extraction, and so on) ·Some knowledge of circuit design, primarily from a device usagestandpoint. ·Knowledge of major Asian foundry systems, process technologies, anddevices would be a positive. ·Ability to understand and solved technical problems relating tosemiconductor devices with a minimal amount of guidance. ·Excellent people/communication skills.
