Support includes customer feature development, customer issue triage, software debugging and bug fix, executing field test, and carrier provider (CMCC/CT/CU) certification onsite support. This role will interface with internal teams (core software team / Hardware team) and external parties (Customers / 3rd party certification labs / Carrier providers).
