The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree, along with a theoretical background and practical experience in mixed-signal IC design. This engineer must be capable of hand (i.e. pen and paper) analysis and experience with the use of software tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, AMS, SPICE, etc. is required. Basic Qualifications * MSEE with 5+ years in analog/mixed-signal IC design * Analog circuit design experience with amplifiers, comparators, bandgap references, IO buffers, precision data converters. * Experience using Cadence Virtuoso and Spice * Lab equipment proficiency is necessary. * Fluent in verbal and written English. * Experience in working with US or Europe design team is a plus 2. Analog Design_Power Job Role Summary: Design the most advanced integrated analog and mixed signal power management IC for power management market. Required basic Qualifications: • MSEE with analog-mixed signal IC design in BiCMOS process for a minimum 3 years experience. • High current and low current designs, opamps, gm/voltage amps, comparators, gate drivers, oscillators, high speed level shifters, current limit, LDO, NVM, power LDMOS design, and basic digital logic design. • Understand the BICMOS process, device physics, and power electronics. Skilled with SPICE, Cadence Analog Artist/Virtuoso/Silicon Ensemble design. 3. Product Engineer Job Description: As a product engineer, you’ll support the development and implementation of strategies that achieve profitability targets on assigned TI product lines through new product development, cost reduction, capacity expansion and yield enhancement projects. This engineer must be able to jump in to test and troubleshoot issues. Responsibilities include developing production, creating and managing product documentation, and product development support, and involves interfacing with Design, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, and others. 6. Layout Engineer Job Description: Basic understanding of Silicon process technology. Basic understanding of both analog and digital circuit topology. Understand matching technique and parasitic components come from various layout structures. Have DRC/LVS experience, parasitic extraction and assembly rule checks. Basic qualifications: Experience of whole chip layout work desired, including floor plan, ESD structure, top level routing, digital core place and routing. BCD layout experience is very helpful. 7. Applications Engineer Job Description: • Bench validation and characterization on power management IC products • Define and develop product supporting hardware and software (EVMs, software, tools) • Design-IN/WIN support of worldwide key accounts and field sales of WLED backlight driver products • Application notes, technical articles, customer training on WLED backlight driver ICs • Support design, systems and product engineers during new product development |
