NO.612-【獵頭職位：上海需要多位 DFT Engineer/Manager】聯系人：Edward-Duan,郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位了！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ 崗位職責： 1、 Work with Marketing, Assembly, Test, CAD, Verification Engineering and Product Engineering groups to ensure proper testing and manufacturability of product. 2、Design, standardize, and document test methods and modes to facilitate common test flows and coverage on all designs. 3、Be responsible for SoC DFT Architecture, Including BSD, MBIST, APTG and Analog IP test. 4、Work with Fusa team the implement LBIST mechanism to meet Fusa requirement. 5、Be responsible for test pattern verification using standard industry simulators. 6、Be responsible for test pattern bring-up on the ATE equipment. 7、Assist test engineer and product engineer to do RMA and yield improvement. 崗位要求： 1、Expert in Design for Test methodologies with rich project experience. 2、Strong logic Design and verification background with experience in STA. 3、More than 5 large scale SoC end-to-end (from DFT plan to mass production) DFT implementation experience 4、Be familiar with Mentor or Synopsys DFT flow. 5、Be familiar with Automotive grad product is a big plus. 6、Basic working knowledge on V93 tester is a plus. 7、Programming in Perl, tcl and c++ is a plus. 8、2~ years of experience in DFT field. 福利：五險一金 不打卡彈性 純外資風格 牛人多 國外團隊歸國
