Job Description: 2 Be responsible for growing ***business at assigned key accounts as well as driving business growth fromassigned distributor channels. Assigned Accounts (not limited to): Chinalocal entities of assigned multinational accounts, i.e. Ericsson, Nokia,Samsung, … Assigned Distributors: manage a few distributors to grow ***’s revenue intarget territory (i.e. Korea, Taiwan, …) Territory: starting from China firstly, mayextend into oversea region. 2 Sales growth and demandcreation: Manage business growththrough new content creation with key strategic accounts. Ensure the balance betweenshort-term gain and long-term growth for all opportunities and initiatives toachieve and exceed preset sales targets and increase market share. 2 Leadership: Continuously mentor anddevelop the team to achieve the sales objectives and ensure the team is engaged. Develop and implement anaccount strategy that provides guidance and sets priorities for the accountteam members. 2 Pipeline management: Utilize data and analyticsto monitor and grow the opportunity pipeline in order to make sure that theaccounts are on track for sustainable growth over the next 3-5 years. Utilize system/tools toensure authenticity of information and intelligence gathered from the field. 2 Customer Delight: Engage all customersdirectly or indirectly, by attracting and supporting ***’s demand creation andgrowth strategy, both locally and globally. Collaborate with customersin order to find opportunities and develop long term customerrelationships; Specification and business reviews with business units to driveNew Product Introduction. Negotiate with thecustomers and renew contracts in reference to periodic pricing. 2 Collaboration with product line: Bridge the gap between thecustomer and the business units to promote early engagement. Provide insight fromcustomers and the market to help drive company Intellectual Property andproduct roadmaps. Conduct regular deep diveswith the business units to help stimulate product ideas into real projectssupported by R&D. Job Requirement: 2 High motivation andcompetitive drive to succeed in challenging and rapidly changing environments. 2 Sound interpersonal andleadership skill, proactive and highly self-motivated. 2 Minimum of 6+ years ofexperiences in Semiconductor Sales calling on mid to large tier OEM customers. 2 Experience inWireless/wireline communication, cloud, and mobile segments is a positive. 2 BSEE or technical degreerequired, MSEE/MBA preferred. 2 Teamwork player. 2 Engineering capability withbusiness development acumen. 2 International assignment orexperience working in global team is a plus. 2 Program managementexperience is a plus. 2 Good command of spoken andwritten English and Mandarin. 2 Frequent travel required. 福利:五險一金 帶薪年假 員工福利
