- Perform the design of sheetmetal and plastic enclosures, subassemblies, and piece parts including packaging foam and cartons. And verify the design.
- Select mechanical components and sources, design product labels and product marking artworks, produce specification drawings.
- Participate in new tooling parts qualification and parts maintenance follow up.

| "3" | Program Manager | Report to: Direct report to France, functional report to China MGE R&D Manager | | | Summary of the Job: | The Program Manager will lead a cross-functional team to deliver 3-Phase products for customers worldwide. The Program Manager will also participate in new product definitions and program plans.
The development team is primarily based in Shanghai. Programs typical involve participants from other APC-MGE design centers in e.g. France, USA & China and manufacturing teams in Philippines, China and India. Understanding and respect of other cultures are therefore essential for success in the job.
