Key skills & knowledge: 1、At least 5 years experience in thedevelopment of analog/mixed signal ICs, preferably 3 years as architect in ICdevelopment projects； 2、Focus on and experience in bringing ICdevelopment projects towards production； 3、Specific knowledge of the relevant technicalareas； 4、Creative thinker with helicopter view,capable of finding an appropriate solution to complex problems； 5、Good social skills, improvement attitude,able to convey enthusiasm； 6、Able to establish good relationships with amulti-disciplinary development team, international customers and subcontractors； 7、Fluent in English. 福利：12+3m工資，商業(yè)保險，工會福利 |
