【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Senior Field Applications Engineer】聯(lián)系人：Eric-Wang，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢(xún)職位啦！打開(kāi)手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Responsibilities include: 1、Responsible for pre-sale support and post-sale agreement execution of Immersion China business; 2、Facilitating integration of the TouchSense System/Content SDK – hardware and software – into customer products; 3、Participation in customer calls to better understand project specifications and needs, including visiting customers for installation and implementation support； 4、Reviewing software integration requirements； 5、Providing in-field product training services on the TouchSense/Content SDK system to customers including mechanical integration, drive and control electronics, APIs, effect design , authoring tools and contents application SDK integration； 6、Assisting with onsite/remote code implementation requests from clients； 7、Implementing software features into customer code base； 8、Assisting with customer application feature implementation； 9、Validating customer software implementation； 10、Coordinating and tracking TouchSense or contents SDK integration efforts in customer products； 11、Support local engineering manager on marketing material development, product marketing and business development; 12、Allocate support for yourself and other China Application Engineers as requested by the sales team; 13、Owning technical relationships with customers; 14、Coordinating communication with other Immersion stakeholders in Product Development, Product Management and Sales. Qualifications: 1、Bachelor’s degree in computer science, EE engineering or science; 2、3 to 5 years’ experience in JAVA/C/C++ development; 3、Bilingual – Business Mandarin and English, both written and spoken; other languages a plus； 4、Above-average communications and interpersonal skills; 5、Rigorous design and analysis skills; 6、Experience with mobile phone operating systems with a preference for Android； 7、Experience with and passion for smart phone business and content industry (gaming, video, chat)； 8、Familiarity with Linux； 9、Knowledge of MFC and other GUI programming tools and concepts; 10、Familiarity with the Windows Office suite for documentation & communication tasks; 11、Quick response to customer anytime； 12、Superior customer relation management skills； 13、Business travel is required. Additional technical qualifications (preferred): 1、Industrial/GUI design knowledge or experience; 2、Content application development experience is a plus 3、Additional mobile platform development experience; 4、Understanding of electromechanical systems; 5、Mechatronics or robotics training or background; 6、Any experience in the field of haptics/force feedback; 7、Experience in design or manufacture of consumer electronics products. |
