【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Digital Design Manager (Project Lead)】聯系人：Jessy-He，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Job Description: 1、Conduct technical feasibility analysis, define chip micron architecture and module specs; 2、Work with analog design lead for new product development project planning and tracking; 3、Work with analog ASIC design team for new product development; 4、Design, implementation, and verification of digital in mixed-signal ICs; 5、Synchronous and asynchronous digital circuit design； 6、Perform backend digital design (logic synthesis, formal check, define design constraints for place and route, perform timing closure, DFT)； 7、Script based synthesis & timing analysis on GHz working frequency； 8、Support system, test and product team with chip debugging, failure analysis, characterizations and product release efforts. Requirements: 1、MSEE with minimum 8-year experience of digital experience； 2、Relevant experience in high-speed digital design (Semi-flow: customer layout + ASIC flow) is must； 3、Projects tape out experience with 65nm process, 40nm or 28nm preferred； 4、Relevant experience on DDR/Serdes chip is a plus； 5、Solid knowledge of high-speed asynchronous circuit design and be familiar with standard cell architecture and behavior； 6、Good knowledge in semiconductor and circuit/transistor level； 7、Familiar with low-power-design flow； 8、Strong skills of Verilog RTL coding, verification and debug； 9、Hands-on experience in EDA tools such as Cadence NC-Sim, Synopsys DC, PT, etc； 10、Solid knowledge of documentation of design report； 11、Highly organized and self motivated； 12、Ability to work well with teammates. |
