【獵頭職位：美國(guó)需要一位 LCOS Systems Architect 】聯(lián)系人：Raymond-Chen，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機(jī)微信，搜號(hào)碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號(hào)“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關(guān)注！ Overview: 1、As the LCOS Systems Architect, you will be responsible in aligning and coordinating LCOS product line engineering efforts to meet customer and market requirements. 2、You will also be responsible for technical product definition, alignment of LCOS device performance targets with customer application needs, application demonstrations and technical liaison for OVT Sales & Marketing teams with direct customer interface. 3、You will coordinate activities related to integrating hardware and/or software framework, systems and/or product design functions or designing underlying architecture for use in one or more product offerings. 4、Evaluates final results of overall system design to ensure technical objectives are achieved and drives appropriate engineering teams for issue resolution and debug. 5、Prepares and presents reports outlining the outcome of projects and makes recommendations for actions necessary to achieve desired results. Responsibilities: 1、Systems Engineering； 2、Product requirements definition, oversight and customer alignment 3、Develop and maintain Product Requirements Document (PRD) 4、Work with Sales, Marketing teams and directly with customer (if needed) to ensure that product definition is aligned with customer expectations. Product development risk management： 1、Product development risk including architecture feasibility assessment, error budget analysis including packaging, optics, light source, panel and application interface. 2、Evaluate critical specifications (e.g. power consumption, frame rate, light intensity, etc.) are achieved to ensure alignment with product needs. System optimization engineering: 1、Reliability and life cycle optimization; 2、Overall product performance verification and troubleshooting; 3、Coordination of technical teams for issue remediation. Applications Engineering: 1、Bridge to understand, coordinate and correlate customer technical requirement with internal design specifications and design constraints; 2、Panel tuning, register setting and tester design/fabrication; 3、LCOS product datasheet ownership and external technical document preparation; 4、Sole responsibility for coordinating with internal and external resources for the design, preparation and release of application demos related to LCOS technology. Requirements: 1、MS degree or higher in relevant engineering discipline; 2、10+ year experience in relevant consumer display industries; minimum of 2 years in a product development role; 3、Management of large scale projects strongly desired; prior functional management experience also desired; 4、Ability to confidently interface with Business, Engineering, Design and R/D teams; 5、Highly motivated, ability to work effectively and efficiently on a variety of job assignments simultaneously; 6、Ability to meet tight deadlines. And possess excellent trouble-shooting skills tackling complex problems; 7、Proven ability to quickly learn and effectively understand impact of new technology; 8、Possess a keen level of detail in problem solving and analytical approach to tasks; 9、Mandarin language fluency is a plus.
