Specifically, the business development associate will work with GaoZhan executives to identify domestic Chinese and international opportunities that meet the company’s operating focus and strategy; 2、These opportunities shall be reviewed and evaluated in terms of investment, acquisition or partnership models. Qualifications: 1、A mature knowledge of the semiconductor industry including at least 8-10 years of experience in a semiconductor company or related industry company; 2、Knowledge of venture capital and/or private equity investment principles is required. Direct investment experience is preferred; 3、Familiarity with legal and accounting principles related to investments, M&A and strategic partnerships is preferred; 4、Ability to operate in a bi-lingual business environment essential; 5、Willingness to ravel to identify deal opportunities essential. |
