Requirements: 1、4+ years of experience in the Java VM； 2、Hands-on experience with making modifications to Java VM for code generation and optimization； 3、Understanding of low level CPU architecture； 4、Ability to build strong technical relationships with partners and customers. Preferred/Plus: 1、ARM architecture experience； 2、Debug and optimization of parallel, concurrent and G1 garbage collectors. Other Skills: 1、Ability to work independently and be extremely result oriented； 2、Must have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills. Excellent communication skills： 1、Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills； 2、Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability； 3、Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Education: 1、PhD + 3-6 years experience, MS + 6-9 years experience, or BS+ 8-11 years experience. |
