【獵頭職位：上海需要一位 Software Engineer】聯系人：Effie-Huang，郵箱：hr@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Description Responsibilities: 1、Optimizing xxx platform specific components (Linux kernel, Network and Storage controller drivers, libraries optimized for ThunderX platform, optimizing algorithms with SIMD instructions etc.) but will also include identifying bottlenecks and tune customer benchmarks directly； 2、 Establish best practices for applying lessons learnt and optimizations done for a specific customer to all future customer engagements； 3、Participation in the open source communities of various projects to influence design enhancements that benefit xxx platforms. Requirements: 1、8+ years of experience with workload profiling and optimization； 2、Experience in developing and optimizing Software for the Server and Networking Software； 3、Deep experience with Linux kernel development, especially Storage and Networking subsystems； 4、Outstanding attention to detail and ability to root cause problems quickly. Preferred/Plus: 1、Experience with 64 ARMv8 processors a huge plus； 2、Experience with C++, Java, Python a huge plus； 3、Fluency in Mandarin a huge plus. Other Skills: 1、Ability to work independently and be extremely result oriented； 2、Must have effective interpersonal and teamwork skills； 3、Excellent communication skills； 4、Demonstrates good analysis and problem-solving skills； 5、Has an inherent sense of urgency and accountability； 6、Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. |
