He/She will directly report to the Repair Operations Manager and is responsible for supervising the activities of a business unit in the repair operations. 2、He/She determines and allocates required resources (manpower, system, material and machine) to accomplish production requirements. 3、He/She must be adept in the field of personnel management particularly in managing groups. 4、He/She establishes operating policies/procedures, coordinates multiple function within the repair operation’s as well as in other related functional groups such as Logistics, Planning, Finance and HRD in the Cebu/Costa Rica organization and creates strategic plans to ensure repair operation’s goals are met with the set quality and cost objectives. 5、He/She shall also be responsible for safety personnel, proper utilization of company assets and the upkeep of his surrounding work environment. Job Requirements: 1、Graduates of any 5-yr or 4-year Bachelor’s degree. 2、Preferably with at least 3-5 years experience in production supervisory position level or above. 3、Must have the ability to manage a group between 10-20 technical professionals. 4、Possesses strong leadership skills and is flexible in dealing with employees. 5、Has good communication skills and can relate well with people. 6、Must be objective and mature enough to handle conflicts. 7、Possesses coaching skills. 8、Proficient in oral and written English is a must. |
