Responsibility: 1.Promote EEPROM, SmartCard, MCUand other ASIC and Mix signal products to Worldwide customers; 2.Develop and manage worldwide customers, especially distributors and focus accounts directly; 3.Develop new business opportunities based on available products, especially for chip-set and solution business; 4.Manage monthly/quarterly/yearly sales forecast and achieve sales goal as well as design-in, design-win according to company goal, especially for strategic key accounts. 5.Monitor and analyze market trend and competitor information such as product type, price, application, etc. 6.Feedback field customer and application information to marketing, engineering and senior management to help company deciding new product development. 7.Manage worldwide sales team routinely to ensure the revenue and margin meeting company requirement. Special knowledge, skill and ability requirement: 1.Independent and proactive to handle business in order to achieve goal; 2.Results oriented; 3.Good communication and coordinate skills with internal departments and customers; 4.Good leadership and management and presentation skill; 5.Fluently English and Chinese speaking, writing and listening; 6.Learn products fast and understand their function as well as performance after; reading specification; 7.Have experience to take leadership running $80M-$100M USD revenue. Education and experience requirement: 1.BS degree or above; 2.10 more years sales experience in semiconductor field in IC design house; 3.15 more years working experience in industry. |
