Direct communication and collaboration with design, marketing, test development and manufacturing will be required. The position requires support of product qualification, silicon characterization, product introduction to manufacturing and post introduction support including yield enhancement and failure analysis. Lead the product engineering to perform silicon debug, wafer-level probing and design simulation. Qialifications: BSEE and minimum of 5 years experience in Analog or Mixed-Signal IC product engineering. Proven knowledge of electronic circuits and IC product engineering knowledge required. Able to demonstrate effective project management and the ability to communicate with all levels of engineering. Working knowledge of IC, substrate, pacakge manufacturing processe. |
