Requirements: - Successful candidates will have 3+ years of experience in analog IC layout； - Experience in analog layout skills like: bandgap voltage reference,high current and voltage cells, matching restrictions and ESD restrictions； - It will be helpful to be familiar with CDMOS or BCD processes； - Familiar with RC extraction； - Familiar with foundry PDK setup； - It is a plus if understanding LVS/DRC source code and edit it if necessary； - Required to be good team player.
