【獵頭職位：上海需要一位“Staff Analog Design Engineer”】聯系人：Amy Dong，郵箱：amy-dong@kthr.com，QQ：462433159,微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Responsibilities 1.Design analog and mixed-signal IP for MCU, human interface and internet-ofthings related products 2.Interact with chip architect, understand system requirements and perform feasibility study of new product proposals 3.Work with the Layout designer and guide the layout design 4.Work with digital and chip integration team for IP integration 5.Work on silicon bench validation and troubleshooting 6.Support test & product team with chip debugging, characterizations, failure analysis and product release efforts Requirements 1.Strong experience in analog block design, such as ADC/DAC, PLL, voltage reference, OPAMP and regulator 2.Very good knowledge in low power design techniques in CMOS technology 3.Good knowledge and understanding of analog fundamentals, like passive and active devices in CMOS, device matching, power/ground distribution, crosstalk and noise 4.Good knowledge of Analog IC layout and CMOS process flow 5.Good knowledge of lab test, test engineering and product qualification. 6.Familiar with analog design flow, including spec building, system simulation, circuit schematic, analog/mixed simulation, layout, DRC/LVS check and tape-out 7.Familiar with CAD tools, such as Cadence schematic capture, SPICE simulator (spectre, hspice or eldo), MATLAB and VerilogA 8.Proven record of successful tape-out and product release to production 9.Fluency in English and good in communication skill 10.8+ years of analog design experience. 11.At least two years of US or Europe-based Company experience.
