Qualifications 1.MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Science and 6+ years of knowledge and experience in embedded system product development or semiconductor applications engineering. 2.Deep familiarity with compiler tool chains and C language is required 3.Must have experience with programming in embedded assembly and C programming languages. 4.Must have good understanding of software development processes. Prior experience with motor control design is a plus. 5.ARM Cortex knowledge and experience with RTOS is preferred. 6.Must have digital circuit design and debugging experience. Requirements 1.Senior level engineer (minimum 8 years experience with BSEE or minimum 5 years experience with MSEE or PhD) 2.Excellent device knowledge (LV CMOS, BJT, BCD, embedded FLASH memory, OTP/MTP, latchup, ESD, device reliability) 3.Excellent to very good knowledge of PDK systems (design rule, verification software, mask ordering, device pcells, circuit modeling, parasitic parameter extraction, and so on) 4.Some knowledge of circuit design, primarily from a device usage standpoint. 5.Knowledge of major Asian foundry systems, process technologies, and devices would be a positive. 6.Ability to understand and solved technical problems relating to semiconductor devices with a minimal amount of guidance. 7.Excellent people/communication skills
