【獵頭職位：上海需要一位“Production Control Planner”】關鍵詞：planner、PO，聯系人：Tina，MSN:wlt0329@163.com，Email: tina-wei@kthr.com，微信也可查詢職位啦！打開手機微信，搜號碼“KTHR_COM”或查找微信公眾帳號“KT人才”或掃描以上二維碼即可添加，歡迎大家關注！ Responsibilities: 1.Responsible for the scheduling of products and subcontractor management. 2.Booking of customers’ PO and scheduling the production to fulfill shipments; release fab lots and track work in progress (WIP). 2.Work on the supplier forecast process, ensure critical materials such as substrates, trays etc. are available for forecasted builds. 3.Monitor subcontractor commitments for wafer fab, assembly and test schedules and follow up in case of schedule slip. 4.Travel to visit subcontractors for face to face visit as necessary. 5.Hold weekly (or more frequent) telephone conversation with subcontractors to track schedules. 6.Ensure non-automated WIP receipts and movements are completed on a timely basis. 7.Ensure invoicing for non-automated product shipments are executed on a timely basis. 8.Candidate must have demonstrated ability to perform supply/demand balancing using Microsoft Excel based tools (prefers candidates with Oracle ERP experience). 9.Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned. Requirements: 1.Ability to work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Program Management. 2.Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 3.Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and one or more ERP systems. 4.Knowledge of MRP, PC and database programs. 5.Demonstrated problem solving skills. 6.Commitment to customer service. 7.Interactive, effective team player. 8.Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Supply Chain Management / Engineering. 9.At least 5 years of experience in planning or production control with a semiconductor company. 10.Experience working for a fabless semiconductor company. 11.Experience working with offshore (Asian) Wafer fab, packaging and test is highly desired. 12.Ability to identify and solve issues related to problems affecting scheduled deliveries. 13.Excellent communication skills required for multinational sites. 14.Only local citizen or PR will be considered. |
