Job Description –Senior SoC Design Engineer
1. Lead high performance SSD controller SoC architecture design
高性能SSD 控制器芯片架構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
2. design emulation platform for complex SSD controller
開發(fā)復(fù)雜SSD控制器原型平臺。
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable pre-silicon RTL development
與架構(gòu)、軟件團(tuán)隊(duì)成員通力合作，完成流片前的RTL開發(fā)。
3. Validation of SoC design and system level use case and performance scenarios on emulation platform
在原型開發(fā)平臺上驗(yàn)證SoC設(shè)計(jì)，建立和維護(hù)系統(tǒng)級用例和性能測試。
4. Lead system level verification of enterprise/consumer SSD controller using latest verification methodologies
采用最新的驗(yàn)證方法學(xué)進(jìn)行SSD控制器的系統(tǒng)級驗(yàn)證。
5. Post Silicon bring up, functional/performance validation and debug
流片后的系統(tǒng)功能和性能的驗(yàn)證和調(diào)試。
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years direct work experience on FPGA based product development or IC front-end design, in storage/server/telecom industry. Experience in SSD/HDD product design is preferred.
5年以上存儲/服務(wù)器/電信領(lǐng)域FPGA產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或IC前端設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。有成功開發(fā)過SSD/HDD產(chǎn)品經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先。
2. Familiar with PCIe interfaces. Experience in SATA/SCSI/FC is preferred.
熟悉PCIe接口。有SATA/SCSI/FC接口協(xié)議開發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先。
3. Familiar with DDR3/4 interfaces, ECC (LDPC/BCH).
熟悉DDR SDRAM接口, ECC (LDPPC/BCH)等糾錯(cuò)碼開發(fā)。
4. Familiar with eMMC/NOR/ONFI/Toggle interfaces is preferred. Deep knowledge of NAND Flash architecture is preferred.
熟悉eMMC/NOR/ONFI/Toggle接口協(xié)議的優(yōu)先。熟悉NAND Flash底層結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)先
5. Good understanding of STA and SDC.
熟練掌握FPGA開流程和靜態(tài)時(shí)序分析和約束。
6. Good understanding of SoC and on-chip bus. Experience in AMBA AXI3/4 is preferred.
熟練掌握SoC和片上總線概念。有使用AMBA AXI3/4經(jīng)驗(yàn)的優(yōu)先。
